By accessing or using TMC Booking ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. TMC Booking reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation by TMC Booking or the respective service provider. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email with an order number. TMC Booking acts as an agent and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
All prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. TMC Booking does not store your payment card details. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a specific instalment arrangement has been agreed.
Cancellation policies vary by service and provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy on the product page before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. No-shows are generally non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. You are responsible for ensuring all travellers meet the requirements of the service (e.g., valid identification, visa requirements). TMC Booking is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of TMC Booking or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMC Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or services booked through it.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.
