Booking

How do I make a booking?
Browse the service you need, select your preferred package, fill in the required details, and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is confirmed.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. During checkout, you can enter the passenger or guest details separately from the booker information.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking, including your order number and e-ticket (where applicable).

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by our certified payment partners using industry-standard encryption. TMC Booking never stores your card details.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment can be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank's security policies. Please check with your bank or try a different payment method.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies depend on the specific service and provider. Please check the cancellation policy on the product detail page before completing your booking.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
What happens if a service is cancelled by the provider?
If a service is cancelled by the provider, you will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or an alternative booking.

Airport Services

What is Meet & Greet service?
Meet & Greet is a premium airport assistance service where our partner's staff meets you at the aircraft door or arrival hall and guides you through immigration, baggage claim, and to your vehicle.
How far in advance should I book airport services?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For group bookings or special requirements, 48–72 hours is advisable.

Account

Do I need an account to book?
You can browse services without an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your bookings, save preferences, and receive exclusive offers.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
